  • 2 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 1 can crushed fire roasted tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (8 oz)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 cups chicken or beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer to a slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onions and poblano peppers to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in spices, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, hot sauce, butter, and enough broth for desired consistency.
