  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 slices turkey turkey pepperoni
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a 10-inch cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet. Stretch the pizza dough into the skillet, pushing it slightly up the sides.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Top with turkey turkey pepperoni and sprinkle dried oregano (and red pepper flakes if desired).
  5. Cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom begins to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
