  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • For the Topping: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, orange food coloring, brown-colored sprinkles, extra candy corn for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and candy corn until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
  6. Allow blondies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
